Shipping within the US: We ship all orders over $50 via USPS Priority for free. Any orders below $50 are subject to shipping charges.Express shipments will be sent by USPS for a fee below.

Order Processing: We process orders within 24 hours with the exception of weekends. We do not ship Saturday and Sundays order until Monday. Cut off for Saturday shipping is Friday at 6pm PST.

BKicks.com is here to make returns as easy and painless as possible.

  • Buyers have 14 Days to return their order back to us
  • We can only accept brand new, unworn items in their original packaging
  • Any used items sent back to us will be returned to the buyer
  • Returned shoes need to be double boxed back to us (please DO NOT tape over the original shoe box)
  • We refund the amount less the cost of shipping the package to you. Orders with free shipping will have the actual cost of shipping the product to you deducted. 
  • REGARDING EXCHANGES: We don't authorize exchanges due to fast moving inventory. Please return your item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.

Return Process Steps:

1. To save on paper, we do not provide paper invoices with our shipments. In leiu of this, please message us customer@bkicks.com with the Order # and the reason for your return. Upon receipt, we will issue return authorization. 

2. Package the items carefully and send by any shipping carrier you wish to choose.
